You can delete your ThreePoint online account and its data in two ways.
1. In the game (recommended)
- Open ThreePoint.
- Go to Settings › Data.
- Tap "Delete online data" and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately. "Delete usage data" also deletes your anonymous usage statistics record.
2. If you have uninstalled the game
Send the form below. Enter your player code, an email address, or both. The player code is shown in the game under Settings › Data.
Without a player code we may not be able to identify your account with certainty; in that case we will ask for more information by email. Requests are completed within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- online account: player ID, hash of the sign-in key, sessions;
- nickname;
- contest results and shot records;
- rating, league and match history; your rows in finished rankings;
- nickname reports made by you or about you.
Data that is kept
- Anonymous totals in other players' rankings and statistics (for example, how many players took part in a contest) remain; they do not identify you.
- If you leave an email address with a deletion request, it is used only to reply to that request and is removed 90 days after the request is closed.
